Here are the current notarial fees established by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Each additional person on same acknowledgment $2
Oath or affirmation $5
Jurat / verification on oath or affirmation $5
Signature witnessing $5 per signature
Certified copy $5 per copy
Protest of negotiable instrument $3 per page

It’s recommended to bring a current, government‑issued photo ID such as a state driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or U.S. military ID. These IDs must be unexpired, include a photograph, and provide identifying details like a signature or physical description.

Some documents must be signed in the notary's presence, while others may be signed beforehand. If you're unsure, please wait until your appointment before signing

Absolutely, just make sure to inform the notary before the appointment to make sure fees are accurately provided and appointment length can be properly allocated.
